Gathering Space Rules
The Davis Center at the Harlem Meer has a shared, informal gathering space for public use. To ensure access for all guests, organized celebrations, including parties, are only permitted during the winter skate season, unless otherwise authorized.
RULES PROHIBIT:
- Pets inside the facility
- Open flames, including birthday candles
- Consumption of alcohol
- Amplified sound, unless authorized
- Vending, except as allowed by law
- Pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, and signs, unless authorized
- Demonstrations or events with more than 20 people, unless authorized
- Bicycles, scooters, or other recreational wheeled devices
GUIDELINES:
- No balloons or decorations of any kind
- No outside food for groups of more than 20 people
- No aerosol cans
- No sharp objects or use of objects that can puncture and damage surfaces
- Children must always be supervised by an adult.
- Please place trash and recycling in the nearest waste receptacles.
