SOUL: Wellness Circle

Step into a peaceful and nurturing space with our Wellness Circle, led by Harlem Wellness Center — a supportive gathering where we come together to explore new ways to manage stress, ease anxiety, and cultivate greater emotional well-being. Through mindfulness, guided breathing exercises, gentle stretching, guided mindfulness meditation, and a space to reflect, we’ll discover ways to cultivate ease, inner well-being, and support whole-person health.
Please arrive 15 minutes early.
This session is part of ROOTED, a wellness series in Central Park’s north end. Each Wednesday (4:00 pm–7:00 pm) and Saturday (10:00 am–1:00 pm) from September 17–November 8, you can join a full ”window” of Mind, Body, and Soul wellness experiences.
