SOUL: Bird Sit Experience

This series led by NYC Bird Alliance invites participants to experience the beauty of birds in Central Park through a stationary, mindful approach. Bird sits promote mindfulness, spatial awareness, and a deeper connection to nature by encouraging participants to slow down and be present.

Please arrive 15 minutes early.
