Opening Weekend Discounted Community Skate

Update: We’re sorry to share that the opening of the new Gottesman Rink at the Davis Center has been delayed while our team addresses technical issues. Skating has returned to Central Park's north end! Join us for Opening Weekend at the all-new Gottesman Rink—a joyful, family-friendly celebration for skaters of all ages and abilities. Glide into the season with special discounted sessions all weekend long.

Don’t skate? Come anyway! The Davis Center, like Central Park itself, is a welcoming space for everyone—perfect for watching the action, grabbing a bite, or simply soaking in the excitement.

Be sure to dress warmly, and for safety, we recommend bringing a helmet (helmets are not available to rent).

Good to Know

• Space is limited—advance registration is recommended.
• Skate rental is not included.
• Must arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.

Skating sessions are 80 minutes.
