BODY: Soul Line Dancing

Soul Line Dancing, in partnership with Go Hard Dance!, offers energetic and fun movements set to the beat of R&B, gospel, and contemporary hits. These dance moves can be done without a partner and will improve your cardiovascular health while providing an opportunity to boost your social interactions.
Please arrive 15 minutes early.
This session is part of ROOTED, a wellness series in Central Park’s north end. Each Wednesday (4:00 pm–7:00 pm) and Saturday (10:00 am–1:00 pm) from September 17–November 8, you can join a full ”window” of Mind, Body, and Soul wellness experiences.
