BODY: Self-Massage & Meditation
Use tools such as lacrosse balls and more to develop your own self-massage routine. These seated indoor sessions led by Multitasking Yogi are conducted in the Davis Center’s gathering space.
All materials are provided.
Please arrive 15 minutes early.
This session is part of ROOTED, a wellness series in Central Park’s north end. Each Wednesday (4:00 pm–7:00 pm) and Saturday (10:00 am–1:00 pm) from September 17–November 8, you can join a full ”window” of Mind, Body, and Soul wellness experiences.
